THESE ARE THE SWIMMERS WE PLAN ON SWIMMING IN THE MEET.  SOME OF SWIMMERS WILL BE SWIMMING IN THE FIRST 3 SPOTS THAT CAN SCORE FOR THE TEAM.  OTHERS WILL BE GIVEN AN OPPORTUNITY TO SWIM EXHIBITION AND POST A TIME - THESE ARE TIMES WE WILL RECORD AND KEEP TRACK OF.

Sponsorship Banner

 

        For swim season 2010 the Booster Club is going to create another Sponsorship Banner that will be hung at every home swim meet. Our first swim banner of 2009 was a good success and hung at each of our swim meets. This year we are hoping for more participation on the banner for 2010. Again, the banner will  hang at all home swim meets along with Regional & State meets.  The banner will be big enough to display 15 to 20 Sponsorship logos’ including Hamilton High School Swim & Dive 2010.  We will also include Family Sponsor on the banner this year. The cost to the family will be $100 and your family name will be displayed on the banner. This banner will be one of our largest fundraiser for 2010.  We are asking all of our swim families first to participate in this before going to our local community businesses.  This will be a great way to advertise your business at each of our home swim meets and help support Hamilton Swim & Dive at the same time.  The cost of the sponsorship will be $300 and it is TAX DEDUCTIBLE.  If you are interested or possibly the company you work for, please contact the people below for more information.  We will be sending out monthly updates letting all Swim & Dive families know what our yearly budget is and how we plan on raising the money. Also, the updates will include how each of the families can help with next years Swim & Dive season.  We thank you in advance for all your help & support for the upcoming Swim & Dive season.
